岗位描述:
Provides product level and system level technical support to customers and partner companies. Also provides technical support pre-sale to prospective customers in support of NVision sales personnel. Supports Marketing efforts through technology support for product demonstrations at trade shows, customer sites, and partner sites.
Responsible for providing primary technical support for products and systems in the field, including installation, training, configuration and commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing service and technical support. Responsible for customer service telephone support and on site support as needed. Responsible for technical support for system engineering and detailed product operational and configuration information to system integrators, developers, and partner companies. Responsible for customer account management post-sale, including record keeping and follow through. Responsible for supporting new product development through providing timely and relevant customer feedback into the design process. Responsible for managing the customer side of the field repair and replacement process. Responsible for providing technical support for product marketing efforts including equipment design, installation, and operation at trade shows and customer demonstrations. Responsible for process and quality improvement in all facets of the job.
相关要求:
BSEE or BSCS or equivalent combination of skills and experience. Minimum of 5 years of support experience in a television broadcast or telecom environment. Working knowledge of digital signal processing in a television broadcast and distribution environment. Working knowledge of digital and analog electronics, and digital and analog video and audio systems. Working knowledge of server based applications and computer networking, preferably in a Windows environment. Proven ability to function as a part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to travel to and work at customer sites on a regular basis is required.
